ABOUT US

Kimmaru Online Shop, established on January 2020, is a Philippine-based online market and a group order (GO) manager owned by two Kpop fans named Maru (Admin 1: @Ddalgyunim) and Chi (Admin 2: @h0shinichi) with the aim of lessening the other fees to be incurred by each buyer (Kummaru) through unity in buying. The birth of Kimmaru was due to the good response they had received during their GO of SEVENTEEN's An Ode album last September 2019.

Last July 29, 2020, Kimmaru had secured its DTI Registration Business Name No. 2021493 and BIR Identification No. 339240062000.

Business hours are not fixed but expect that we are away during weekends to do a digital detox.

ORDER PROCESS

ORDER

Submit an ORDER FORM to order. This form should be filled with true information. Rest assured that your inputs will be used for the intent business purposes only.

For GOs that follow the 'pay-as-you-order' scheme, this is your ORDER FORM. This will require you to send a proof of payment (POP) before submission. If you have questions, don't hesitate to ask.

Under [Order Description], please do specify your orders because we are using a general one.

Once we received your response, we will send you an Email Confirmation (EConf) of your order together with our payment details within three days.

To manage Kimmaru's Customer Database, we will provide one Customer ID Number (CIN) per buyer account. If you are a new buyer, leave it blank. CIN will be given with your first EConf. Use your CIN on your next purchase to fill out the form faster. In case you want to change your details, kindly contact us.

PAYMENT

Pay on or before the given deadline and fill out the PAYMENT FORM. Note that we will not send a notice other than the EConf. Be a responsible buyer.


Modes of Payment:

For those who will pay through BDO Online Banking, Paypal, GCash app and Paymaya app, if possible, put your Order Number (ON) and CIN as note/message to recipient then take a clear screenshot. The reference numbers should be readable for crosschecking.

For those who will pay over-the-counter (BDO Cash Deposit, Palawan EPP), please write the ON and your CIN on the receipt before taking a clear photo of it. Reference numbers should be readable for crosschecking.

Remember that no payment form submitted, no orders to be processed.

Once we have confirmed your payment, we will send you another EConf within three days.

Take note that unpaid orders will automatically be categorized as CANCELLED orders.

SHIPMENT

We apply for package forward in our Korea/Japan/China Address every end of the month or when the box is already full. Once we received a quoted shipping fee, we will send Second Payment Notice, if there is any.

The Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA) of the items to the Philippines under Normal ETA is four to eight weeks from the departure date of the cargo from the destination country. However, delay may happen due to unforeseen circumstances. Updates will be posted on our Twitter account regularly.

As of now, Kimmaru does not use Air Cargo.

Upon arrival of the box, we will sort and pack the items accordingly which may take three to seven days depending on the admin's availability.

LOCAL SHIPMENT

Default shipment days are Wednesday and Friday. However, this will also depend on the admin's free schedule to facilitate the shipments.

We follow FOB Shipping Point thus, we are not liable for any loss and damages occurred during the delivery. However, if this happens, we are willing to rely your concerns to the respective courier. In the case of RTS (return-to-sender) due to unsuccessful delivery attempts, Reshipping fee, if any, should be paid by the buyer.

NOTE: If total weight of the package exceeds 3KG or it doesn't fit to pouch, additional charges may occur.

<GOGO Xpress>

Shipping fee under GGX will be paid by the buyer upon delivery of the orders. However, 20 PHP packaging fee will be collected together with the item price. To check if your place is covered by their service and how much will be the fee, kindly check it HERE, or via there app.

Note: If your order includes a poster tube, only choose Abest or LBC.

<LBC Express>

We will only accept LBC as MOD as per request.

Fit to Pouch (will be paid together with the item price):

Note that LBC branches don't have the same rates hence, additional charges may apply in using this courier.

<GRAB/LALAMOVE/MR SPEEDY DELIVERY>

Shipping fee under the same-day delivery couriers will be paid by the buyer upon delivery of the orders. However, 20 PHP packaging fee will be collected together with the item price.

We will post about the pick-up schedule including the given time the request for shipment through DM is open.

Note that the buyer will be the one responsible to book for the courier rider.

<Meet-Up> [NO MEET-UP UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE]

CANCELLATION

Customers who cancelled their orders or with unpaid balance will not be entertained anymore by Kimmaru unless the CANCELLATION FEE, which is equal to 30% of the price of items ordered, is settled.

EXCHANGE AND REFUND

We will do exchange or refund if and only if the damage on the item or the loss of the item has been incurred while it is on our keepsake. Dents on the main packaging of the item (outbox/album cover), as it serves it's purpose of protecting the product/s inside will not be considered.

Refund will also be provided if the item ordered has been out of stock and when the payment has been returned to us by the supplier.

Loss in transit is non-refundable unless the courier assigned or the forwarder, whoever is accountable for the loss, pays for the damages. Proper documentation of transactions and negotiations will be compiled and sent to the affected buyer.

UNCLAIMED ITEMS

Unless the item is under combined shipment and waiting for the arrival of the other order/s, we only allow the storage of the items with unpaid 2nd Payment/Local Shipping Fee for 30 days only. Once the period lapses, we will have the right of its disposal (sale) and no refund shall be given.

PASABUY SERVICE

If you want to buy something from a KR/JP Seller but don't have a Korea/Japan Address and Korea/Japan Bank Account, don't fret no more for we are offering a service that will make your marupok life easier!

(1) YANGDO

Buyer will be the one who will look for the item. If it is through Twitter, search "item name or group name+양도" (e.g. 세븐틴 양도). This service is open to any fandom.

Send the link through Twitter DM and specify the item/s you want to buy. We will be the ones who will negotiate with the KR Seller and process your payment.

Once the seller agreed, you need to pay as soon as possible. It is more convenient to use online banking or online payment apps.

Note that we won't accept requests for items from KR flea online market (e.g. Bunjang, Dangeun).

This service is open upon request. This set-up is ideal if you will buy several items from one KR Seller.

(2) From KR Official Sites (RTW/others)

PAYO ORDER FORM , classification is 'RTW'.

Currency Exchange Calculator is given on the form. However, in case that there are other fees such as domestic shipping fee, it will be collected as will be shown on your EConf.

Notes to follow:
> No partial purchase is to be accepted. If the seller offers many items, everything on their post must be taken.
> There are chances that the ordered item will be out of stock before we can secure it. In this case, we will try to look for the same item with the same price. Otherwise refund will be processed immediately.
> Only paper goods are to be accepted. No CD/DVD. For bulky items, additional charges may apply upon review of your order. This pasabuy box will be shipped via EMS hence, the international shipping fee depends on the total weight of the box.

DISCLAIMER

Most items sold by Yangdo and Mercari sellers are already pre-loved goods. Actual condition of the items may not be shown clearly on the photos due to lighting and filters. In this case, Kimmaru is not liable for any defects on the items bought.

Also, no refund will be given with these services in case of loss and damages during transit or counterfeits.

AGENT/RESELLER APPLICATION

DESCRIPTION

KIMMARU AGENT - The agent will choose her/his specific target market/fandom to cater and help promote Kimmaru to other platforms (e.g. Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, etc.) by posting the specific items being sold that are agreed upon. S/he will receive a commission of three (3%) of his/her total monthly sales. Special gifts will be provided if s/he reached a specific number of items sold under his/her account. Limited slots only.

KIMMARU RESELLER - Kimmaru will only supply the reseller's shop items and will not be affiliated with it. S/he will be entitled of five (5%) discount of every item's price. This is to help other sellers especially the new ones to worry less of the other fees that can be incurred such as International Shipping Fee and Money Transfer Charges.
